These bowls are placed on the clothed body, and the practitioner produces sound by lightly tapping their edges. Since our body is composed mostly of water, it begins to resonate like the surface of a lake, allowing cells to take on a harmonious form while releasing toxins and stress. During a sound massage, both the sense of hearing and physical sensation are gently stimulated.
